Children are drawn towards messy play because they get to be in control. And in this mess, they create meaning for themselves, a storyline from their imagination, and the freedom to explore and make choices in play.

October is a season of fun and magic! We celebrated Children's Day together with sizzling bubbling magic soup. Hope to add a little more magic in the children's lives as they grow. If you were wondering if this is just mess, wait till the little one shows you how he is on an animal rescue mission (swipe to the last photo!) We cracked a surprise egg in the park and the kids played for a full hour. Children are naturally drawn to colorful things. We hope they can paint their world freely and expressively in all the hues of the rainbow. May they shine their colors to the world around them!
